High Fidelity
Wraparound Program

A team approach to helping your child and family thrive.

High Fidelity Wraparound takes a team approach to help families whose adopted children are at risk of being uprooted from their homes. We are able to address past trauma and encourage healthy communication and relationship building between youth and their families and peers. Our Wraparound Program puts the focus on the needs of the child and their family.

TSC (Therapeutic Skills Coach)

Our Therapeutic Skills Coaches (TSCs) work one-on-one with youth in a unique and individualized way. Through consistent collaboration with the team, including therapists and behaviorists, our TSCs are able to bring the tools and skills that youth are learning into real world settings in real time. Our TSCs work thoughtfully and consistently gathering information from their time with the youth and communicating this with the family and the team. The TSCs purposeful work is undertaken in order to support the family in growing into their own strengths and empowerment to maintain the goal of creating a happy, healthy, functional and intact family.

Case Management

Each family who comes into our program is supported by their own case manager who really helps to walk them through the Wraparound process. The case manager provides consistency throughout the Wraparound process by coordinating services, collaborating with the entire team, checking in regularly with the youth and family, advocating across systems, facilitating monthly family team meetings, and helping the family to find success in the goals they are reaching.

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is direct training of brain function, by which the brain learns to function more efficiently. We observe the brain in action from moment to moment. We show that information back to the client through a software program on a TV screen, which rewards the brain for changing its own activity to more appropriate patterns. This is a gradual learning process. It applies to any aspect of brain function that we can measure. It is simply biofeedback applied to the brain directly.

Family Together

Individual Family Support

Our program really takes to heart the 10 principles of Wraparound. The first principle, Family Voice and Choice, is intertwined in all of the work we do with families.  We are driven to meet each family and youth where they are at and we help to guide them in determining the services and supports that fit their unique strengths and needs. Just some of the supportive services that families have accessed in the past include; Reiki, Martial Arts, Behaviorist Interventions, Art Therapy/Art Classes, Equine Therapy, Family Connection Activities, Respite and much much more!

School Based Services

Wraparound services in schools aim to provide comprehensive support to students throughout the school day, addressing their academic, social, and behavioral needs. What sets Wraparound apart from other support systems is its holistic approach, involving all relevant parties in identifying, developing, and implementing intervention strategies.

Equine Therapy

Equine therapy, also known as equine-assisted therapy or horse therapy, utilizes interactions with horses to promote emotional growth, enhance communication skills, and improve overall well-being. In equine therapy sessions, individuals engage in various activities with horses, such as grooming, riding, and leading, under the guidance of trained therapists. These interactions can help individuals develop trust, build confidence, and learn valuable life skills in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. Equine therapy is particularly beneficial for individuals struggling with mental health issues, trauma, behavioral problems, and developmental disorders.

Counseling

We provide in-house counseling services for both youth and their families. We believe that these therapists are an integral part of the family's team. The work our therapists do with our Wraparound youth informs and guides our Therapeutic Skills Coaches so that they are able to provide services that are as comprehensive, collaborative and cohesive as possible.
